PentaStar Collaborative launches COMBINED TECHNOLOGY AND MARKETING services to LTC INDUSTRY
Technology Services Firm and Marketing Firm Partner to Help Providers with Five-Star Rating System
PITTSBURGH, MARCH 23, 2009 – PentaStar Collaborative, a strategic alliance between Prymak, LLC, a technology consulting firm based in Greensboro, NC, and CommuniTech, LLC, a full-service marketing firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, today announces its launch into the long-term care (LTC) industry. PentaStar Collaborative offers a unique hybrid of expertise in technology services and frontline communications and marketing services to help LTC providers and vendors alike. For providers, the PentaStar Collaborative service model helps to manage their ranking in the new Five-Star Rating System developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
PentaStar Collaborative delivers its services through a three-step process that enables organizations to:
- Assess current processes, technology and communications processes to identify the gaps.
- Implement a process to close the gaps and bridge the island between technology, marketing, sales and management.
